Please note that voip company do not have any phone call support service so you have to send them message to solve your problem. You can do it following way. First you have to log in to the respective voip website. Then From the menu click on "customer service".
After click on "Customer Service" you will see the following page. From here you have to choose your problem and click on " This has not solved my problem, click here for the Customer Services form"

In the field " Your email address" you have to put the email address you used to make your voip user ID. After send the mesage you will get a auto reply and the second day you will get the orginal reply from the company.
